I have worked at Eridge House for over 15 years and have the pleasure of supporting several residents here in my role as Senior Care Assistant and keyworker. Working here has always felt special, helping our residents to live happy and fulfilled lives is so important to all of the team. I thoroughly enjoy building a rapport with those residents I care for and their family and friends. I always feel supported by the management team and my co-workers, our Proprietor Heidi has owned Eridge House for over 30 years and it truly feels like being part of a family. People often comment on the warm and friendly feel here, Eridge House really is a real home from home!
